About me

My name is Erica and I’m an award-winning journalist and crime reporter who’s worked with some of the biggest media outlets in the world. After years of uncovering high-profile cases in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I moved to Patagonia, where a volcanic eruption changed my perspective on journalism. I saw firsthand the power of reliable information in times of crisis, which sparked my dedication to journalism as a service to the community.

That experience led me to New York City, where I refined my journalistic skills as a Tow Knight Fellow at CUNY. After traveling the world as a digital nomad, I returned to my roots and shifted my focus to the deep connection between environmental health and personal well-being.

Two years ago, when my daughter faced some important health challenges, I embraced a healthier, toxin-free lifestyle that’s transformed our lives. Now based in Spain, I’m passionate about helping other families live healthier, balanced lives.

An ancestral nutrition and mindful living, completely transformed my life and now I’m fully dedicated to provide personalized coaching to support others in adopting holistic routines that enhance well-being and reduce stress.

As a mother, my own journey of seeking a healthier lifestyle to heal my daughter  has shaped my approach and transformed my daily routines. I’ve seen firsthand how mindful parenting and nourishing meals can transform both well-being and family life.
